Solutions-oriented leader Braden von Bibra joins Arup

Arup is pleased to welcome Braden von Bibra, a transport expert who brings substantial technical expertise and experience reshaping business strategies to his new role as Associate Principal.  

Braden has worked in Australia, England and Scotland, focussing on stormwater management and drainage work, including numerous stormwater challenges on projects at Melbourne and Gold Coast airports.

 

“As Manager for the Airports team with Beca, I was responsible for bringing together the team from Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane to deliver a cohesive service offering to the market nationally. 

“By aligning the strategy and vision across the group we delivered successful outcomes,” Braden says.

He was the Design Manager of the extensive South East Water Pen Eco Project in Victoria, and Arthur’s Supply Pipeline in Tasmania. 

Braden’s experience also covers road and rail, with Braden working on the stormwater package for the North West Rail link and the Springvale Road Level Crossing Removal Project.

Based in Melbourne, Braden holds a B.Eng (Civil and Env) (Hons), Dip Eng Prac, MIEAust, CPEng and an RPEQ.
