The principles of the circular economy should be embedded firmly in the corporate strategy in order to be able to achieve economic, ecological and social added value.

For companies in the real estate and construction sector, the transition from a linear to a circular economy is profitable along the entire value chain. In this way, future risks can be reduced, sustainable growth achieved and competitive advantages secured.

It should be noted that the implementation of new sustainability principles can only succeed if the cultural change is accompanied by leadership, support and communication. After all, employees are at the heart of any successful transformation.
