Launched in 1995, the annual awards celebrate organisations and specific graduate schemes excelling in their respective industries. More than 14,000 UK final-year students were surveyed, with interviews conducted by High Fliers Research.

The global engineering and sustainable development consultancy also climbed seven places in The Times Top 100 Graduate employers list, now ranked 22nd across all sectors.

Each year, Arup recruits more than 500 graduates, interns and apprentices in the UK alone, with early careers programmes ranging civil, structural and mechanical engineering to specialist climate and economic consulting services.

What they say

It fills us with immense pride to be recognised as ‘Graduate Employer of Choice – Engineering’ by The Times Graduate Recruitment Awards 2024. To know that this award has been determined by graduates who are the future of our industry, makes this win all the more meaningful. It stands as a powerful testament to the enriching experience we offer graduates as they embark on their career journey in engineering.
