Arup formally set up an office in Wuhan in 2007, and since then we have been working on some of the most prominent developments in the city that fit its development ambition.
These include Wuhan Chow Tai Fook Finance Centre which will be the city’s tallest building upon completion, the 430m tall Wuhan Centre, the LEED®-ND Gold certified Wuhan Tiandi mixed-use development, and the prestigious MixC complex which is designed to be a lifestyle hub with high-end office, retail and residential spaces.
Our MEP engineers are providing energy-efficient solutions for Wuhan Asia Hospital, a national first-class Grade 3 hospital targeting LEED gold certification.
We are also acting as the design review consultant for the city’s sewage conveyance system - the first deep sewage tunnel in China.
