I am Arup's Levelling Up lead, aiming to tackle the challenges faced through regional inequalities and disparity of opportunity across the UK.

I have over 17 years' experience in developing and delivering local government policy, programmes and projects across a range of areas, including environmental sustainability, climate change, transport, planning and infrastructure. I undertake a collaborative approach in all that I do to bring together stakeholders to work towards a common cause.

I have considerable experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams to drive positive change within our cities with a specific focus on tackling disadvantage and inequality by developing policies and actions that address the climate change crisis in a practical way.

Throughout my career, I have worked on a portfolio of complex infrastructure projects, key schemes and initiatives, managing their successful delivery on the ground to ensure the future of our regional cities are more diverse, equitable and sustainable.
