Callum leads a team of planning and design professionals in Victoria. In this role, he has a successful record delivering complex planning, strategy and design projects that involve a wide range of technical and non-technical disciplines.

Callum combines strategic thinking with deep technical skills across policy, strategy, and planning. He has broad experience managing projects for government and private sector clients in cities across Australia and internationally. His approach enables him to quicky unpack complex problems and develop innovative solutions that create value for clients and stakeholders. He pinpoints key issues that matter to clients and stakeholders and then leans on his technical background and the people around him to ensure that solutions are targeted for implementation.
