Carolina Bartram is a structural engineer with degrees in both engineering and architecture. Her main fields of interest are within the disciplines of materials technology and complex analysis. Carolina’s professional career has always been driven by a clear goal: a desire to contribute to a more positive and sustainable future. 
 
Carolina has led design teams for the last 15 years for many high-profile architectural commissions. She has been involved in both new build and refurbishment projects and has significant experience within the arts and culture sector. The Exhibition Road Quarter project at the Victoria & Albert Museum (London) is one of the most celebrated projects she has been involved in winning several awards including the Architects’ Journal Cultural Project of the Year and an RIBA National Award.
 
Carolina is a Fellow of the Institution of Structural Engineers and in 2016 was named Engineer of the Year, Buildings category in the Women in Constructions Awards.
