Leading our market and client strategy in Singapore, he ensures our teams have the right expertise to deliver what government and private sector clients need to bring these changes to life.

An architect and urban planner, Chintan has worked across Europe, North America and the Asia Pacific. He works closely with clients to help them see where their business is today, and what they will need to do to be future ready and remain relevant.

Chintan is skilled in strategic thinking, master planning precincts, collaboration and relationship building. He has proven experience in mixed-use developments, smart cities, transport and tourism strategies, urban regeneration, and designing successful transit-oriented developments. He focuses on sharing the vision of a project, engaging with clients and teams, and bringing everyone along on the journey.

Having led the planning for Indonesia’s new capital city, he has worked on the Singapore Government’s Smart Urban Habitat Masterplan, Food Masterplan for Singapore, London’s Stratford City and Dongtan, the world’s first eco city in China.
