Cristina Sanjuan is Associate of the Cities and Infrastructure Department and leads the Digital team in Arup Spain. Cristina is an expert in the fields of sustainability, energy and environmental physics, specialized, as PhD, in combining strategical advisory with cutting-edge scientific skills. 

Cristina has been involved in projects at very different scales: ranging from the development of the energy standards for the energy efficiency guides of a full country as Nigeria, to the advanced design of singular buildings (by means of computational tools), as the Venezuela National Football Stadium, and including also strategic sustainability planning for large urban developments like Madrid Nuevo Norte in Madrid or the Barcelona-El Prat Airport Real Estate Masterplan in Barcelona.
