Elizabeth uses engineering design, policy, and programs to create an equitable, climate-adapted, and decarbonized future for the built environment.

Elizabeth Joyce is an Associate in Arup’s Seattle office. She has diverse experience providing engineering consulting services for commercial building clients, public entities, and humanitarian agencies. Her services include HVAC system design for buildings and central plants, audits and analysis of building systems, energy and carbon policy and code development, energy and carbon program design and implementation, delivery of basic infrastructure in refugee and humanitarian settings, and general sustainability consulting.
