Eric is the Pedestrian Experience Design lead for Australasia, leading a team of specialists who focus on pedestrian movement and the user experience to support planning and design across the built environment. We help designers, planners and contractors to right-size buildings that also support intuitive and efficient people movement and positive user experiences.  

Eric has over 25 years’ experience working in pedestrian movement and modelling, wayfinding, sustainable mobility and active transport. He has advised the planning, design and operation of museums and galleries, stadiums and venues, rail stations and terminals, major events and attractions, commercial towers, ferry wharves, airports, shared spaces and the public realm.
