Working with public and private sector actors, multi-laterals and investors in shaping and implementing complex infrastructure projects and transactions, Gaurav is a trusted adviser to board and ministry-level clients across Asia Pacific markets.

Gaurav has around 25 years’ experience in corporate finance, debt advisory and infrastructure financing, and specialises in financial modelling and analysis, developing robust investment cases, pricing strategy, credit analysis, deal and capital structuring, funding options analysis, and capital raising.

With experience across multiple sectors, Gaurav brings an investor and lender lens to project opportunities and works closely with Arup’s technical specialists to offer commercial advice that is grounded in a deep understanding of underlying assets and operations.

Gaurav holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investments. He is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia.
