I am an experienced digital infrastructure and smart cities consultant who is passionate about using digital connectivity and technology to create more sustainable, efficient, inclusive and liveable places.

I support a variety of clients, from city and national governments, private developers and infrastructure operators, on their digital transformation journeys. Some of my recent project work includes digital visioning and strategy work for upcoming innovation districts in the UK, China and Canada and the production of digital infrastructure plans and business cases for city-regions across the UK, Europe and the Middle East.

I also work across a range of digital infrastructure transactions, ensuring that the infrastructure being transacted is future-proofed and able to accommodate future digital connectivity technologies such as 5G.

I sit on the UK5G Trials and Testbeds working group, which coordinates progress and ensures that knowledge and relevant outcomes are shared across all of the UK Government’s 5G demonstrator projects. I also act as Arup’s representative on the World Economic Forum’s G20 Smart Cities Alliance.

Prior to joining Arup in 2018, I worked for the Connected Places Catapult, the UK Government’s Urban Innovation Centre which focuses on the advancement of smart cities.
