Henrietta is a structural and civil engineer with experience in designing and delivering projects, including large offshore structures, coastal defence, port facilities, canal systems, water treatment plants, drainage systems, infrastructure developments, roads systems, and bridge structures. She has over twenty years' experience working on heavy civil engineering projects.

Henrietta has spent the last decade working as project director and technical reviewer for a variety of heavy civil projects including Offshore Wind Farms (Large Monopiles, Suction Buckets & Concrete Gravity Base Foundations), Tidal Lagoons, Coastal Defences and Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic Bridge Products.
