He has successfully managed a diverse range of large-scale projects, including performing arts venues, healthcare buildings, retail spaces, sports facilities, educational institutions, laboratories, convention centers, leisure and entertainment venues, commercial buildings, residential properties, industrial sites, hotels, and transportation terminals.

Henry is a recognized professional acoustician and has been accredited by the UK Institute of Acoustics (IOA) since 2002. He is also a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Acoustics (FHKIOA) and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Qualified Environmental Professionals (HKIQEP). Additionally, Henry is a BEAM Professional accredited by the Hong Kong Green Building Council (HKGBC) and a qualified project manager certified by the Association for Project Management (APM).
