I am a senior consultant in the Arup Melbourne environment and sustainability team. Currently, I am on tour around Victoria facilitating climate resilience workshops for community services organisations and local councils. I am passionate about supporting the low-carbon energy transition in Australia and spend a lot of time acquiring knowledge and talking to all kinds of people in this regard, in the office and outside.
My background is interdisciplinary, building on a Masters in Biotechnology and Environmental Management, supported by a decade in various sustainability roles, from the UN, to finance to the maritime industry.
Growing up in Sweden, where hydropower and distributed heat generation is at the heart of the energy system, explains my link to and affinity for locally generated, renewable energy.
