I am an Associate Director and lead Arup’s Advisory team in India. I have more than 20 years of experience in strategic business consulting and operations, primarily across the transport and energy sectors.

I was previously based in London, working closely with investors, operators and public bodies worldwide. With a background in town planning and transport economics, I understand the complexities and interplay between transport modes and unique challenges faced by each mode class – highways, rail, airports, ports, electric and future mobility modes. Earlier in my career, I advised PPP concessionaires on numerous transactions, including buy-side and vendor due diligence in transport and renewable energy sectors.

In India, I have led commercial due diligence and revenue modelling for some of the first PPPs in the metro sector, namely Delhi Air-Rail Link, Mumbai Line 2 and Hyderabad Metro, and a range of highway concessions. I have developed market entry strategies for leading international firms and worked with green funds looking to invest in commercial electric fleets. I work closely with Arup’s global team to offer decarbonisation solutions, safety and hazard assessments, and roadmaps to create resilient infrastructure.
