Jeff leads the Regional Transaction Services team, leveraging his extensive experience in large infrastructure developments, acquisitions and divestments in Canada, the UK, UAE, Southeast Asia and Australia.

He has provided project development, due diligence and asset management advice, and technical input regarding acquisitions worth more than $50 billion. These have been across a wide range of asset classes including ports, airports, road, rail, data centres and energy. 

The transaction market’s needs align very well with Arup’s skill sets and ability to work alongside financial due diligence and legal teams. Jeff advises on asset condition, capital and operating requirements, compliance, capex assessments and can articulate risk and suggest appropriate mitigations for any future opportunities.

Jeff has been responsible for building, developing, and leading high functioning teams in this sector for more than three decades. The teams have successfully delivered several hundred projects in a consistent, sensible and profitable manner that aligns with our clients requirements and business objectives.
