I lead the London based Aviation Advisory team at Arup. I bring strategic thinking, together with respected analytical credibility and creativity to challenging stakeholder environments in the aviation sector. Known for a strong ability to solve problems and drive designs and improvements adding value to my projects and clients.
I am experienced in business analysis, operational research, programme and risk management, system engineering, mathematical modelling and simulation, statistical and probabilistic data analysis and software development.
Prior to joining Arup I was Head of Baggage Strategy at Heathrow Airport. I also created and led the Baggage Resilience Programme - a multi-disciplinary programme covering people, processes and business change, regulatory change, as well as significant investments in new and enhanced facilities.
Publications I have co-authored include:
• Airport Operations, 3rd Edition, published by McGraw-Hill in 2012 - ISBN 978-0-07-177584-7
• Airport Development Reference Manual, 11th Edition, published by IATA, March 2019
