Kaitlin Shilling
Associate Principal
Kaitlin leads the International Development group for Australasia, and is the Regional Skill leader for Arup's City Resilience Network.
Her experience working across Southeast Asia, Central Asia, Africa and the Caribbean informs her approach to developing programs in sustainable development, resilience and economic development. She has designed research to understand linkages between climate change and security, food and climate change, and economic development and government capacity. She holds a Ph.D. in Environment and Resources, where her research focused on economic impacts of climate change and their link to civil conflict.
