He has 24 years of international experience in large-scale environmental infrastructure and site development projects in Hong Kong, mainland China, Vietnam, Philippines, Cambodia, and the UK.
He has significant project management experience for major planning and design consultancies in Hong Kong including new development areas and new town extensions.
