Lena Raizberg leads the architecture team at Arup in Berlin.

She is an architect and has over fifteen years of project experience and has been responsible for the design, planning and coordination of multidisciplinary projects of various typologies from urban design to interior design and the development of workplace strategies, always with a focus on sustainable design. Among other things, she was involved in the refurbishment of a Berlin industrial icon (Link Pharma-Campus), a 1970s building that was transformed into a modern workspace.

Lena Raizberg studied architecture at the Technical University in Berlin. Afterwards she earned a degree in Urban Design at the TU Berlin and Tongji University in Shanghai. Lena Raizberg worked as an architect and project lead in the Total Design team at Arup in Shanghai before moving to Berlin. Before joining Arup, she worked for international clients in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and the UK.
