I am a Chartered Engineer and lead the active travel team in Scotland, Northern Ireland and North-East England.

I have led more than 30 active travel network vision, route feasibility and design studies, involving discussions and negotiations with local and national regulatory bodies, stakeholders and communities.

My expertise in delivering walking and cycling projects spans across Scotland and includes the South East Scotland Strategic Active Travel Network, where I worked in collaboration with 8 local authorities to develop a 600km long network of high-quality walking and cycling routes physically separated from traffic.

I have a passion for creating better spaces and places for people with client and community needs at the heart of my work to deliver better active travel outcomes.
