Mike is the leader of the Wayfinding and User Experience group with Arup's Americas East Transportation, Logistics and Urban Planning team. With a background in transportation planning and urban design, Mike has led a broad range of project work focused on creating pedestrian-oriented spaces that provide for intuitive, meaningful experiences for users. He has managed numerous pedestrian flow, wayfinding and user experience studies for a diverse range of spaces, including for stations, corporate headquarters, airports, theaters, museums, and public spaces. Mike brings a commitment to developing innovative and creative approaches to creating great places for people.
