Patrick is the Global Hydrogen Leader based in Arup’s Melbourne office. He is a senior finance, cost and project assurance specialist on major transformative commercial projects. Patrick focuses on private and public infrastructure finance, investor and commercial negotiation within the Energy market.

Specialising in commercial risk, financial analysis, strategy and modelling, Patrick leads teams responsible for designing, delivering and implementing major strategic and commercial projects across the private, public and NGO sectors.

He has worked on programmes and projects throughout Australia, the United Kingdom and Europe. One key work is the hydrogen fuel production plant in Auckland in New Zealand.

A Chartered Accountant by profession, Patrick holds a Bachelor of Business, Economics, Accounting and International Trade from Swinburne University of Technology, and has held senior strategic roles, in Australia and Europe, with the Victorian Government, International Development Law Organisation and EDF Energy.
