Paula Kirk

Paula Kirk leads Arup’s climate and sustainability services. She is widely experienced in developing low carbon, climate, resilience and sustainability strategies, focusing on practical solutions from a local to city and international scale.
Paula leads Arup’s work with the C40 Cities Climate Leadership Group, working with city governments globally to identify and deliver practical climate action and reduce carbon emissions. There are 92 C40 Cities, including 18 in Europe where Mayors are actively working to reduce impacts of climate change and reduce carbon emissions. She acted as Arup’s Strategy Partner to the 100 Resilient Cities (pioneered by The Rockefeller Foundation), working with cities in Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America.
Before joining Arup, Paula led the Mayor’s London Energy Partnership, enabling her to offer a methodical, solutions-led approach to corporate issues, particularly those within the sustainable energy sector.
