Paula Walsh

Paula leads Arup’s business in London and the South-East of England, and is a member of the UK, India, Middle East and Africa Region board.
She has more than 30 years’ experience in the property industry, working with local, national and international clients to maximise the potential of their projects for the benefit of owners, investors, users and the wider community.
Throughout her career, she has led the planning and design of a variety of complex projects working across a range of sectors, including commercial, residential and more recently station development. She enjoys working with clients, architects and other collaborators to redefine expectations of quality living and working environments, helping to generate new pieces of city by pushing the boundaries on innovation, social value, sustainability and inclusivity.
Much of her work has focused on major developments in London, including the More London development, 52 Lime Street, the Ebury Bridge Estate regeneration, the redevelopment of Kings Cross and more recently Euston. As a diverse place of creativity, open to new arrivals and new ideas, she is passionate about building on London’s rich history to shape its next stage of development.
