I am a Principal based in Brisbane, leading the Economics, Planning and Design team for Arup Australasia.

I am a registered (Australia) and chartered (UK) landscape architect with more 20 years’ experience leading large scale public realm projects across Australia, the UK and Asia.

I have worked on and led the public realm design design of both public and private sector projects across infrastructure, sport, regeneration and education sectors from inception through detail design, documentation and delivery including; London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Parklands and Public Realm, Cross River Rail, Brisbane Metro, Australian National University Acton Campus Masterplan and a number of Eco City Masterplans throughout China.

I believe that landscape and public realm design is a key profession to address 21st Century issues: creating more liveable cities and communities, addressing climate change, designing for health and well being, and promoting the economic, environmental and social value of excellent landscape and public realm design for now and generations to come.
