Rebecca Hatchadorian, LEED AP BD+C, WELL AP, is an Associate Principal and the Americas East Climate and Sustainability Services leader, based in Arup’s Boston office. As a sustainability consultant with over 15 years of experience, she has worked on a range of building, infrastructure, and master planning projects driving a more sustainable, healthy and decarbonized built environment.

Having joined Arup in 2008, Rebecca has worked with multiple green building rating systems, including LEED, Green Mark, WELL, and Fitwel while facilitating workshops and guidance for clients. Her notable consulting works include Massachusetts 2050 Decarbonization Roadmap, a benchmark analysis that will help the Commonwealth meet its goal to achieve net zero emissions by 2050, and Harvard Enterprise Research Campus, a carbon neutral, healthy and inclusive mixed use development. Her previous work as an architect provides a valued foundation in identifying multidisciplinary sustainable solutions that meet both aesthetic intent and high performance.
