Richard Bowden is an Associate Director and leads Arup’s Advanced Digital Engineering discipline in Ireland. He is a digital champion, responsible for managing digital transformation initiatives within the business.

He is a skilled agile and lean start-up practitioner, with experience in business governance, agile practices including scrum, risk and compliance, business planning and performance reviews.

Before joining Arup, Richard ran his own management and technology consultancy company, RB Consulting. He was accepted onto Enterprise Ireland’s New Frontiers entrepreneurship development programme for his start-up with a software solution to co-ordinate older people’s healthcare.
