Building and transforming programme and project management for Arup in Australasia, Rob ensures we deliver projects that positively impact our clients and communities.

Rob is passionate about designing a sustainable future and deeply engaged with climate change issues. He leads high-performing teams, to integrate our climate and sustainability capabilities into our projects and deliver innovative, transformative, sustainable solutions.

Rob brings more than 35 years’ experience to his leadership and is focused on transforming the sustainability space and climate change landscape. Having worked in diverse market sectors, including energy, water, rail and property, he has extensive project delivery experience throughout the project lifecycle.

A proactive, authentic, collaborative and open communicator, Rob leads with purpose and builds enduring, trusted relationships with colleagues and clients. This ensures our projects positively impact our clients and society. 

Working regionally and globally, and tapping into his broad network of established relationships, Rob leads and manages major, complex, integrated projects with design leadership and technical advisory teams, including transport precincts, urban precincts, infrastructure technical advisory, science industry and technology lifecycle and Operational Readiness Activation and Transition (ORAT).

Rob oversees the delivery of a wide range of services across zero carbon, climate change impact, infrastructure resilience and the circular economy. He leads and empowers teams to adopt sustainability principles in everything we do and is passionate about influencing industry to make bolder commitments towards sustainability.

Rob is a certified Project Director, AIPM, and an Advanced Practitioner in the MSP PMO/Programme Management. He is also a Graduate member, AICD, with experience as both a company director and executive director in the public sector.
