Simon Green
Associate Director
As a landscape architect and masterplanner, I bring a combination of enthusiasm, design flair and imagination to resolve difficult and complex landscape design challenges. I work collaboratively and effectively across a range of disciplines in the planning, design and creation of beautiful places for people and nature.
With more than 20 years’ experience within design focused practice, I have worked on a wide range of landscape and public realm projects at many scales that have been delivered on the ground both in the UK and globally. These include large scale masterplans, streets and urban spaces, parks, green infrastructure strategies and design guidance.
I currently jointly lead a team of over 60 landscape architects in London, working on conceptual and strategic design thinking through an inclusive and collaborative approach.
I believe the best design outcomes are derived from really understanding the place, genuine interdisciplinary thinking, being inquisitive and pushing boundaries, discussing and jointly crafting distinctive nature based landscape design solutions. I have helped drive our strong reputation for green infrastructure led thinking within the practice which incorporates resilience, systems thinking and positive project outcomes at its core.
I am a visiting tutor for landscape design and urbanism at Kingston University and am a panel member on the High Street Task Force.
