Stuart is an Associate Director within the Arup Operations Consulting Team. He has an impressive track record of leading large scale operational transformation programmes, achieving solid commercial results and developing high performing teams. His client base spans both private and public sectors with a primary focus in transport, particularly aviation.

In recent years Stuart has developed expertise in designing new operating models for aviation clients who are seeking to meet new industry, commercial and organisational challenges. This covers a range of themes including technology-led innovation, customer experience, regulatory change and operational readiness and transition (ORAT).

Using his industry and consultancy experience, Stuart designs effective and pragmatic solutions which blend people, process and technology as necessary - always remaining focussed on the desired outcomes for clients. He is a skilful stakeholder manager, with an ability to understand different motivations and perspectives, work with a range of styles and negotiate and influence when needed.
