I am Chartered Civil Engineer and Fellow of the Association of Project Management based in Arup’s Hong Kong office. Having over 28 years’ of experience in infrastructure and building project feasibility, design and construction, I bring a wealth of insight and experience to understand the real issues to project delivery, large or small. I have lived and worked professionally in London, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Manchester with projects spanning across the UK, East Asia and Dubai. This enables a comparison of best practices as they develop in different countries.

Having followed my engineering experience with an MBA from Warwick Business School, I am able to appreciate the business operational challenges faced by clients looking to develop capital projects and change programmes.

Projects include an airport terminal building, a Clean Air Zone, highways and railways, hospitals, industrial facilities, commercial and residential buildings, R&D facilities and data centres.

My most satisfying projects include NTT’s award winning Financial Data Centre in Hong Kong, the Welsh Government’s Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre in Wales opened on time by the First Minister, and the design of the 500m Fortune Tower in Dubai, a multinational engineering design effort.
