His portfolio helps deliver sustainable development outcomes, by optimising assets across their whole lifetime, modelling new pathways to net zero, and supporting better ways to plan and manage cities.

Understanding the critical role digital services plays in everything we do, Jingfeng follows the personal mantra ‘sustainable development is everything, and digital is everywhere.’ 

Jingfeng is committed to achieving success by integrating our expertise in engineering, planning and design, with skills in data, modelling, products, emerging technologies and user-centred design with our advisory, client and project management skills.

Previously, Jingfeng was the Consulting Singapore Group Leader and Southeast Asia Technical Specialist Pathfinder Business Leader. With support and collaboration from his team, he significantly grew and diversified these teams in size and capability. Within three years he grew Singapore’s consulting team from 10 to 120 people and diversified our offering to include, advisory, urban planning, technical and digital services. 

Jingfeng currently is a member of Arup Australasia’s Regional Digital Executive and Southeast Asia Executive. 

He holds a Master of Engineering Science from the University of New South Wales, Sydney and a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Sydney.
