UK 2021 Pay Gap Report

Our UK 2021 Pay Gap Report shows our statutory gender pay gap and bonus gap figures in response to Government legislation introduced in April 2017. For the first time, the report also includes a voluntary disclosure of our ethnicity pay gap and bonus gap figures. It also provides insight into how we are improving representation of BAME and female colleagues across Arup.
