The member cities of the C40 Climate Leadership Group represents 297m people, 18% of global GDP and 10% of carbon emissions. Collectively they have taken 4,734 actions to tackle climate change.

‘Climate Action in Megacities’ was launched as part of the C40 summit in Sao Paulo, Brazil in 2011.

The report will help each city to meet its potential to mitigate and adapt to the climate change challenge.
