The employee is an essential component in workplace processes in and around warehouses but tends to spend his or her hours in a functionally designed, big box. How can we create warehouse environments that integrate better in their local communities and do justice to the human presence, positively contributing to the challenge of attracting and retaining staff?

For this report we have interviewed industrial real-estate developers, warehouse operators and other parties across the globe to understand the trends thar are influencing both warehouse design and the value proposition for future and existing warehouse workers.
