UK 2022 Pay Gap Report

At Arup we aspire to shape a better world. Our people are both the reason Arup exists and the means by which we achieve our goals. We believe in creating an inclusive workplace where there is equality of opportunity for all.

Our UK 2022 Pay Gap Report shows our statutory gender pay gap and bonus gap figures in response to Government legislation introduced in April 2017. The report also includes a voluntary disclosure of our ethnicity pay gap and bonus gap figures. 

As this report shows, we have continued to address the female underrepresentation across our industry and our workforce over the last 12 months and remain committed to leading the change we want to see through embedding Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion into everything we do.
