The project involves the complete renovation of an iconic property from the 70's located in the central area of Milan. The building consists of two linear blocks connected by a central park in a total area of 18,000m2 above ground and 20,000m2 underground.

The facades of the existing building have been entirely replaced with integrated shading cells that increases the brightness and permeability and the project also incorporates the strategy for LEED Platinum certification. Our services also helped to optimize the costs and timing of the intervention and seek the highest value in the design choices.
