Overlooking the Bosphorous, the two new towers are located at a very prestigious spot. They are close to the financial district in the European part of Istanbul and also located at the junction point of main transportation routes of Istanbul.
Arup’s project management services started from day one and will continue until the handover procedures on site are completed. Management and supervision for the construction services are currently provided by Arup
The mixed-use development includes two residential towers, with the lower floors of one of the tower occupied as offices, retail, and underground car parking.
The total planned construction area is approximately 290,000m2, including car parking (145,000m2), a shopping centre (60,000m2) residential space (75,000m2) and offices (10,000m2).
