In this state-of-the-art business park, Arup has contributed its expertise in structural engineering, façades, sustainability and acoustic comfort. The scope of our services also included the drafting of this project and technical assistance during construction work.

Focused on efficiency, Helios projects into the future with the aim of reducing the carbon footprint, adopting energy, water and resources measures that have achieved 40% savings in consumption.
Solving the new challenges
The main challenge of Arup has been to solve the architectural proposal of large diaphanous and cantilevered spaces, offering a solution that facilitates the construction process.
In addition to on-site technical assistance, Arup has also carried out a study to optimize the technical performance of the enclosure, such as the evaluation and design of mechanical noise control in the indoor environment.
