Galije Sveti Stefan is designed to be a grand international holiday resort on a coastal site in Montenegro.
The development will be a tourist resort consisting of 70,000m² of apartments, villas and a hotel.
During the design phase, we have been responsible for engineering services whilst being guided by the RIBA Outline Plan of Work 2007.
Our engineering team have been reviewing the geotechnical reports and current masterplan, as well as preparing a ground investigation specification, test schedule and the final report.
Our involvement with Galije Sveti Stefan includes an assessment of primary infrastructure demands, this includes traffic generation, site access and internal site circulation.
We are also providing preliminary strategic advice in regards to types of site and building services and form of structures which are most appropriate to the development.
