Review of the detailed design for a residential building development

Juzni Bulevar is a 11,000m² residential building development located in the city centre of Belgrade.

The building consists of two underground car parks and one mezzanine level car park, a level of commercial services and seven levels of apartments.

We produced the technical control reviews of architecture, structure, electrical, mechanical, public health, and fire protection. We also provided elevator design documents, in accordance with relevant Serbian legislation.

Overall, we delivered multiple services to the client, including technical review reports for both the concept and detailed design.
