Arup provided lender’s technical advisory services to Zorlu (the client) for Finansbank.
This includes the control of the project, advising the bank on the financial and physical progress, detailed budget and project plan analysis, and the application of line of credit to the project.
We were also responsible for periodic site visits, budget review and project schedule, and periodic reports to demonstrate project progress.
