Located in the heart of Istanbul, Maçka Residences s a three-block development with 98 apartments built on a 60,000m2 area. The size of each block ranges from 80m2 to 600m2 with each situated in such a way that the residents in every single apartment will benefit from amazing views of the Bosphorus.
The blocks also include shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, a Turkish bath, a fitness centre, a spa centre and a supermarket. There is also a library lounge and concierge to meet the demands of the residents.
High-class design
Metex Design is the interior designer of the project and common areas such as entrance lobbies, corridors and lift obbies of the residential floors were designed by Armani Casa. Some of the apartments are furnished completely by Armani and Metex implemented their concept to the remaining apartments. The façade concept was developed by Mixity+Tunca.
Arup provided project management services during design, tender and construction phases (until the end of structural works), in addition to structural, mechanical, electrical, infrastructural, seismic and geotechnical engineering design, executive architecture and façade consultancy.

Sustainability
The mechanical equipments in the building are designed to be environment friendly by using non-ozone depleting refrigerants. The location of the blocks in the centre of the city helps to decrease the amount of travel and, therefore the carbon emission.
