Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum is a new prestigious resort that marks the highly anticipated debut of the award-winning hotel group to Türkiye. Ideally located on a 60 hectare waterfront site on the northern side of the peninsula, at Cennet Koyu (Paradise Bay), the resort offers panoramic views over the Aegean Sea.
Built on a series of levels nestled in the resort’s landscaped hillside, surrounded by ancient olive groves and pine trees, this luxurious destination resort provides the perfect retreat over the Aegean Sea.
This is the first resort for Mandarin Oriental in Europe and the first Mandarin Oriental hotel to open in Türkiye. With a total construction area of approximately 35,000 m2, the building includes 109 guestrooms, where 59 of them are connected to the main hotel building with climatised corridors and the remaining are standalone units.
We provided design management and coordination, peer review of design and project management services during design and tender stages.
