Miasteczko Orange is the new office buildings complex for one of the largest telecommunication company in Poland.
The Client’s main requirement was to design the office building, not only to the highest quality standard and comfort (A-class) but also to be very energy efficient (limited energy consumption per year) and environmentally friendly (BREEAM assessment).
The above requirements were not easy to fulfill as sometimes they were in conflict with each other but, during the design process, all project participants (Client, Architect and Arup) managed to reconcile them, which resulted in a successful A-class, sustainable office building design.
