Rublyovo-Arkhangelskoe is a small new town on the western boundary of Moscow. It covers 420ha, including 187ha of dry land. The town will include housing developments, community facilities, shopping and entertainment areas, parks and recreation areas, sports facilities, schools, a medical centre, a hotel, a suburban office development, berths for yachts and two bridges.
We are responsible for the preparation of specifications and provision of monitoring and interpretative services for preliminary engineering site investigations (geotechnical, hydrological and environmental) and studies (utilities and traffic). These support the masterplanning of approximately two million square metres of mixed-use development.
We are providing engineering consulting services during the predevelopment period, concept design, preparing the 'projeckt planirovki' for engineering elements, and for the preliminary design for infrastructures.
