Taipa is located midway between the Macau Peninsula and Cotai area both of which are undergoing booming development and expansion of transport infrastructure. This necessitates a comprehensive review of the transport network in Taipa to identify suitable improvement proposals to avoid resulting in a bottleneck traffic network.
To cope with the congestion of road network during peak hours, we proposed various traffic management measures to reduce disturbance and inconvenience caused to local residents.
